Waiver of Liability & Safety Rules
At Teche Lake Outfitters, your safety — and the safety of our guides, dogs, and land — is our highest priority.
All guests must review and sign a liability waiver before participating in any guided hunts or field activities.
We operate in natural, wild terrain with real firearms, live birds, and working dogs. We expect every guest to follow guide instructions, remain alert, and treat the land and animals with care and respect. Please read the waiver carefully before signing. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

What to Expect
Every participant will be asked to sign a printed copy of our liability waiver and safety agreement before going afield. This includes acknowledging the risks associated with upland bird hunting, agreeing to abide by safety protocols, and understanding your responsibilities regarding health insurance and personal conduct.
Parents or legal guardians must complete a separate consent form for any participating minor under age 18.
